“We’re glad to sponsor this first Little Manchester Road Race and are looking forward to cheering on the kids,” said Jeff Piccolomini, President of Henkel of America. “Our company supports programs to promote youth fitness and our 2010 contest, ‘Henkel Helps Get Kids Fit,’ will award a winning school $25,000 to improve their physical education programs. When we were approached about sponsoring the Little Manchester Road Race, it was a natural fit.”
The Little Manchester Road Race will take place in conjunction with the Manchester Road Race Sports and Fitness Expo, which will be held at Bennet Academy from 8:00 am to 11:00 am on the same day, Saturday, November 20.
