Specifically developed to release low VOC polyester gelcoats and other hard-to-remove polyester structures.  Formulated to deliver superior release and slip performance, Frekote WOLO-HS TM also maintains the high gloss exterior of the molded component.  The product can easily be wiped on at room temperature and will maintain its strength through multiple release cycles.

A high powered, fully-visible LED spot curing system designed to safely and immediately cure the latest visible light cure adhesives. This innovative system virtually eliminates substrate heating and emits no UV wavelengths. The LED light source operates effectively up to five times longer than typical UV bulbs, delivering consistent performance, long-term reliability, and lower overall operating/maintenance costs. Additionally, since the system eliminates liquid-filled light guides that degrade over time, replacement costs are reduced.

The Loctite^® Indigo™ CureJet™ LED can be used in a wide range of industrial and medical assembly applications, and is ideal for UV blocking clear and select colored substrates including translucent variations of blue, purple, gray, white and green.

A thick epoxy film filled with high strength lightweight glass microspheres for strength and low density. Used on the next generation of military aircraft, the SynCore syntactic film is used in the middle of the composite sections and replaces composite prepreg plies. The resulting structure is stronger and lighterweight and allows manufacturers to simplify their composite designs. Drawing for the parts are sent to Henkel electronically, where we convert them into shapes and send them back in kit form. Additionally, the edges of the thick SynCore epoxy film can be beveled which allows for automated tape laying equipment to be utilized.
