I agree that Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Deutschland, ("Henkel") may collect and process in a database all personal data submitted by me through the participation form for the inventor program "Henkel Innovation Partnership Program". The database will be accessible to all employees of the Henkel group of companies ("Henkel-companies") to assess the inventions presented with regard to their usability for Henkel. I further consent to the submission of such data to third parties outside the Henkel-companies, who shall protect the personal information submitted within the framework of the Henkel companies’ corporate policy and pursuant to the regulations in force and effect in the European Community as far as this is necessary according to the General Terms of Participation.

I agree that Henkel may store and process my personal data as long as necessary for the purpose of the participation in the inventor program "Henkel Innovation Partnership Program".
