Henkel has introduced two new Loctite® Structural Acrylic Adhesives for the structural assembly of metals, especially aluminum components. 

Loctite H8100 & H8110 were formulated to fixture in just 5 to 20 minutes and deliver excellent peel and shear strength once cured. Both provide tough, long-lasting bonds and are designed to reduce or eliminate welds, rivets, and threaded fasteners.

Loctite® H8100™ Speedbonder™ Structural Adhesive is a green-colored, two-component gel that cures rapidly at room temperature. Loctite H8100 fixtures in 20 minutes

Loctite® H8110™ Speedbonder™ Structural Adhesive is a green-colored, two-component gel that offers ultra-fast fixturing in just 5 minutes.

Both adhesives feature glass spacer beads that prevent adhesive from squeezing out of the joint during clamping.
