Henkel Corporation has introduced the Loctite® DuraPump™ Meter Mix Systems to dispense accurately two-part liquid or semisolid adhesive materials in a range of viscosities and ratios.  These durable, high precision volumetric dispensing systems accept a wide range of adhesive chemistries including MMAs in ratios up to 10:1.

Loctite® DuraPump™ Meter Mix Systems are available in pneumatic and programmable versions.  Shot size on the pneumatic models is controlled with a pneumatic foot pedal or an optional handheld, trigger-controlled dispense valve.  Programmable models feature a convenient touchscreen, digital shot size controller, 64-program storage, and easy PLC integration.  An incremental shot mode allows shots to be dispensed without recharging.

These dispensers exhibit superior pump wear life and are especially well-suited for dispensing highly filled materials.  Since material flow is directly shut off, the systems are not equipped with check valves that require repair or replacement.  The equipment accepts external feed systems up to 2000 psi without requiring extraneous accumulators.

Loctite® DuraPump™ Meter Mix Systems feature an innovative rod displacement pump design that can be connected directly to high pressure feed systems, ensuring excellent shot repeatability and low wear.  A static mix nozzle can be mounted directly onto the integrated mixing manifold, eliminating the need for a dispense valve in many applications.  Optional reservoirs, level controls, hoses, and valves are also available.
