Transducers
A variety of Loctite® brand medical device adhesives is available for the critical assembly requirements of transducers.  From low viscosity potting materials to medium viscosity products, adhesives reduce assembly time and ensure strong and consistent bonds.  The light curing acrylic adhesives are specifically designed for the assembly of typical transducer materials including polycarbonate, acrylic, glass and ceramic.  The light curing cyanoacrylate adhesives offer strong bonds to a range of materials, and offer the additional benefit of cure in areas shielded from light. The wide range of viscosities offered ensures that there is an adhesive suitable for various gaps and performance requirements. Many of the light curing formulations are fluorescent to facilitate immediate inspection of adhesive application.
