EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERISM
Through the Make an Impact on Tomorrow (MIT) initiative, Henkel supports the volunteer efforts of employees and retirees and provide. For 25 years, our MIT program has provided financial and in-kind donations, and paid time-off to support the causes closest to employees’ hearts. Since the program’s inception, we have donated $41M to support 17,000 charitable projects in 100 countries.

EMERGENCY AID
In times of natural disasters and pandemics, Henkel provides emergency relief through organizations such as the Red Cross who are on the ground aiding people in urgent need.
Henkel and its employees donated numerous products and financial support to people during the COVID-19 pandemic. Henkel also supports projects dedicated to helping in the aftermath of catastrophes such as wildfires, flooding, and severe storms in North America and worldwide.
