Henkel’s Scottsdale Facility Celebrates One Year Without Lost-Time Injuries

On December 18, the Henkel Consumer Goods Inc. facility in Scottsdale completed one year without a lost-time injury or an OSHA recordable injury.  The facility, which has 620 employees, serves as an administrative headquarters and a research and development facility for Henkel’s consumer products, including Dial® soaps and body washes, Purex® laundry detergents, Renuzit® air fresheners and Right Guard® antiperspirants.

The Scottsdale facility also reached another safety milestone in October 2009, when the site achieved 1 million hours worked without a lost-time injury or recordable injury.
