Loctite® Sponsors Professional Bass Angler Ken Brodeur
In March, Ken Brodeur joined the top 100 professional BASS anglers in the nation in the exclusive 2006 CITGO® Bassmaster® Elite Series Tour presented by ESPN and the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (BASS). During his six month competitive fishing tour, Loctite® and QuickTite® adhesives from Henkel Corporation will support Brodeur in his efforts to win each tournament.
Rocky Hill, Conn., June 2, 2006 -- In March, Ken Brodeur joined the top 100 professional BASS anglers in the nation in the exclusive 2006 CITGO® Bassmaster® Elite Series Tour presented by ESPN and the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (BASS). During his six month competitive fishing tour, Loctite® and QuickTite® adhesives from Henkel Corporation will support Brodeur in his efforts to win each tournament.

For more than 35 years, Ken Brodeur has fished salt and fresh waters both recreationally and professionally. In December of 2003, he easily captured the amateur title at the 2003 Bassmaster Open Championship held at the Toledo Bend Reservoir in Many, Louisiana. In 2004, Ken received his Pro Card from BASS. In just two short years as a professional angler, he has continuously finished in the top half of the field. Brodeur is a native of Niantic, Connecticut.
Brodeur will compete for $11 million in prizes in the CITGO Bassmaster Elite Series tournaments held in locations from Texas to New York between March and September 2006. All tournaments will air on ESPN2.
